1. The article should be the original product of the authors and should not have been published or submitted anywhere for publication
  2. All the authors mentioned in the author’s list will be responsible for the contents of the articles. Please seek permission from all the authors before publishing.
  3. There should not be more than 5 authors for an article
  4. All the information provided should be accurate and the publishers will not be responsible for the authenticity of the information
  5. All the articles submitted should have unique content with a similarity index not exceeding 19% provided that no single source should exceed the 5% limit. Use of AI tools is prohibited and articles containing AI content will be considered rejected
  6. The copyrights of the articles will belong to the Biological Times and published articles will not be withdrawn at any cost
  7. The articles must be submitted using the online submission tab on the website. Articles sent by any other means will not be considered.
  8. The title should not contain any abbreviation. Author names, and affiliations including postal codes, country names, and email addresses should be mentioned below the title. Provision of ORCID id will be appreciated
  9. Articles should not exceed the 2500 words limit including references with an abstract of not more than 150 words
  10. A Word (.doc or .docx) file should be written in Times New Roman with font size 12, Justified, and with 1 line spacing. The continuous line numbers should be given
  11. Images should be either original or copyright-permitted products and not be taken from any web source having intellectual property/copyrights. Please upload the copyright file on the system to ensure originality. Acceptable formats are JPG/ JPEG/ PNG
  12. References should be uniform following the Vancouver referencing style. Please follow for information https://guides.lib.monash.edu/ld.php?content_id=48260115
  13. References should be in numerical arrangement. Use Arabic numbers (1,2,3…etc.) for numbering and straight brackets for enclosing e.g. [1]; [1,2] or [1-3].
  14. References should be relevant and the number of references in the text should match the reference list
  15. Article Processing Charges (APCs) are PKR 3000 only for Pakistani Authors and USD 70 for international authors. APCs should be deposited in the bank and the receipt must be uploaded in JPG/ JPEG/ PNG form. These APCs include all the expenses of revision, editing, and publication
  16. Editors of Biological Times have the right to reject any article without any prior notice or reason mentioned
  17. The Publishers, Editors, Reviewers, and Authors will practice the best publication Ethics and shall not be indulged in any unlawful, biased, or unethical approach during the publication process
