Abstract :

Abstract The review article addresses the significant issue of antibiotic resistance, focusing on Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) infections and its potential threat to public health. It highlights the challenges in treating these infections due to the diverse nature of S. aureus strains and emphasizes the global impact of antimicrobial resistance [AMR]. The review discussed the genetic diversity and antibiotic resistance genes in S. aureus, particularly the MRSA strain. Different approaches against S. aureus infections are sightseen, including antibody-based approaches and natural alternatives to antibiotics like phytochemicals. It also examines related topics such as antibiotic-resistant development, the genetic aspect of resistance in S. aureus, antibiotic-resistant bacteria, and insights from advanced genetic analysis of bacteria. It highlights the significance of public awareness initiatives, national and international efforts to contest antibiotic resistance, and future planning for infectious threats. The conclusion emphasizes the urgent need for international collaboration and innovative solutions to address the growing challenge of antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Keywords: Antibiotic Resistance, Staphylococcus aureus.
